On Tuesday morning, Austin Smiles Mission Administrator Martha Mashburn takes a break from official duties to entertain three young patients just outside the triage room.

Originally a volunteer photographer for Austin Smiles, Martha began working fulltime three years ago.

“I wouldn’t work fulltime for anyone else,” she says. “It’s so rewarding.”
