Austin Smiles Dental Day 2024 Sign Up
Austin Smiles along with Kids Tooth Team Outreach provides 2 Dental Care days a year to children with cleft lip and palate in Central Texas. For our 2024 Dental Day we are only offering these services to Children, Teens, and Adults born with Cleft Lip and Palate that reside in Central Texas.
Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability to aid in our team acquiring the medical information necessary to evaluate the patient. No question is a sole cause for a patient not being selected as a patient for our Free Dental Day. Services will be provided at no cost even if the patient is insured.
