I wanted to do this internship with Austin Smiles because their mission reflects the kind of impact I hope to have in my community. Growing up in a first-generation family, I saw how access, understanding, and compassion can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Austin Smiles goes beyond medical care by restoring confidence and hope for children and their families, and that is what truly inspires me. I am grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that leads with empathy and serves others with purpose.
