Dee Dee Ritzinger

Dee Dee Ritzinger was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and grew up living in many places as her father was a flight surgeon in the Air Force. She went to Texas State University for design and communications and holds a marketing certification from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Dee Dee founded A3 Creative Inc. in 1996 and has been CEO for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping underprivileged people – especially those with deformities that often ostracize them from their communities and from living a normal life. Dee Dee volunteered for Amigos de las Americas when she was 16 years old, vaccinating locals for DPT in the remote villages of Honduras near La Mesica. She saw many diseases that killed young children or affected their lifestyle. Dee Dee made a commitment to be involved with Austin Smiles because the organization is focused, inspired, and authentically passionate to make a difference in the world. She has been in the operating rooms of missions, and has seen the dedication and pure joy our medical team experiences in the process of transforming these lives. Dee Dee was recruited by Forest Cook to join the Austin Smiles Board of Directors in 2009 and became Vice Chair in 2015.
