Austin Smiles Donates PPE to Frontline Workers
For the safety of our local and global community, we have postponed our El Salvador Medical Mission Trip due to COVID-19. During this time we are focusing locally to do our part in helping to keep Austin health workers safe. We teamed up with Synergy Plastic Surgery to gather essential PPE to donate to Austin Disaster Relief. We also made donations to Center for Child Protection to protect social workers who are still investigating cases of child abuse, as well as Austin Oaks Hospital, providing inpatient mental healthcare. We have had many inquiries from other groups needing masks & gloves. Please let us know if you are able to donate or even sew masks to help keep our community healthy and safe!

Do you know how to sew? Volunteer to make Homemade Masks!
After the cancellation of our upcoming trip, a volunteer who sews homemade gowns for our missions, has graciously volunteered her time and extra fabric to helping us stop the spread of COVID-19 in Austin. These masks will be distributed to frontline workers in need and will hopefully help spread some cheer!
If you know how to sew and want to donate masks to frontline workers, sign up. We will reach out to you once we receive your submission. Volunteer to Donate Masks
Austin Smiles will pick up and distribute any masks made!
Now more than ever, we need your help to keep Austin Smiles local & global programming going. Please consider becoming a monthly donor or making a one-time donation.
